How to thrive, not just survive, with ADHD

Today, many people are beginning to believe they have ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) due to a lack of focus, random hyperactivity and many other symptoms.

For years, this "disorder" has been labelled negatively and left people struggling to figure out how to survive with their ADHD and the 2 year+ NHS diagnosis waiting list has left many people suffering.

However, it doesn't have to be this way.

Whether you are medically diagnosed or not, I'm here to say that you can not only survive with ADHD, but you can actually THRIVE with what I call a superpower.

As you can see in the articles below, I spoke to BBC News and MyLondon about how I struggled in my 9-5 life as I did not realise I had ADHD and most importantly, I didn't know how to cope with it.

If you want a toolkit to help you thrive with your ADHD, then send me a message as I can help you. Click here to enquire about my 1:1 ADHD Coaching sessions.

For context, I'm Ted Lawlor, the 25-year-old Unconscious Mind Therapist from London and I help people like yourself find focus & fulfilment. I have been featured in Forbes, BBC and ITV.
