Harry Portch is the founder of recruitment agency HM Staffing, based in Reading.
After a few years working in the recruitment space with great success, Harry saw the opportunity to go his own way and decided to take the risky jump to become an entrepreneur.
Harry is now 23 and has become an award-winning entrepreneur, being named 'Entrepreneur of the Year' at the Thames Valley & South West Business and Community Awards in 2021.
