Ted Lawlor
Somatic Hypnotherapist

"No matter what you've been through, today could be the day you redesign your life."
Who is Ted Lawlor?
Ted Lawlor is a 28-year-old somatic hypnotherapist, coach, and founder of Thought Energy Design® — a proprietary methodology that bridges neuroscience, somatic therapy, and mindset work to help everyday high-performers close the gap between where they are and who they're capable of becoming.
His work has been featured by the BBC, Forbes, The Times, and The Telegraph, and his method has been trusted by organisations including PureGym, Team GB, and the community around world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
Ted works with individuals, groups, and organisations ready to stop managing their limitations and start designing their inner world — because when that shifts, everything else follows.

The Story
Growing up in Bermondsey (South London) in tough conditions, Ted battled daily to better his life.
Despite a few rough patches, Ted got himself to University (achieving a First Class Degree in Business & Marketing) and then spent years studying the mind & body.
In between that learning process, Ted experienced many tragedies, with his life almost being taken away and the passing of his Dad.
Ted's story is one of pure resilience and proof that you can redesign your future no matter what's happened in your past.
The Impact
Since the many challenges and life-threatening situations, Ted has been on a mission to change the world one person at a time.
Thousands of people have been impacted by his mind-body transformation work, whether it's via his online content or in-person experiences, even gaining digital support from Joe Wicks, Simon Squibb and Conor McGregor.
Thought Energy Design
All of this led to Ted creating a modality called Thought Energy Design® that emphasises the importance of working WITH the body (as it's 80% of your internal communications).
