I'm Ted Lawlor, founder of If Only They Knew® — a somatic therapy practice based in London, for high-functioning individuals who have done the work, read the books, and still feel like something is missing.
Through Thought Energy Design® (a blend of somatic hypnotherapy, breathwork, and nervous system regulation) I help everyday high-performers move out of survival mode, release the beliefs that have been running quietly in the background, and reconnect with a version of themselves that feels genuinely theirs.
