I'm Ted Lawlor, a qualified Somatic HypnoTherapist based in Bromley, South London.

Known by many as 'The Mental Fitness Trainer', my unique, science-backed approach creates real, lasting change for everyday high-performers - including Athletes and Founders.

 

Through Thought Energy Design® (a blend of hypnotherapy, breathwork, and subconscious reprogramming) I help people break through mental blocks, shift limiting beliefs, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to be. Players were experiencing elevated match-day anxiety, impacting decision-making, confidence and in-game execution.

Intervention
Structured somatic hypnotherapy sessions designed to regulate pre-performance stress responses and strengthen psychological stability under pressure.

Measured Result (Individual Case):
• Performance anxiety reduced from 3/5 (high) to 0/5
• Player reported increased calmness and match composure

Outcome
The intervention demonstrated the effectiveness of nervous system regulation in eliminating performance anxiety and restoring controlled, confident match presence.
