    Most people describe it as feeling deeply relaxed but mentally alert—a bit like being half-asleep, or zoned out during a long drive. You’re still aware of what’s happening, but your mind becomes more open to helpful suggestions and visualisations.
  • How can hypnotherapy help with confidence?
