I'm Ted Lawlor, a qualified Unconscious Mind Therapist based in Bromley, South London.

Known by many as 'The Mental Fitness Trainer', my unique, science-backed approach creates real, lasting change for high-performers and athletes.

 

Through Thought Energy Design® (a blend of hypnotherapy, breathwork, and subconscious reprogramming) I help people break through mental blocks, shift limiting beliefs, and step into the version of themselves they’ve always wanted to be.
